Linda Vista is a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant located in Gainesville, Florida. Open since 2008, Linda Vista has provided Gainesville with some of the best Mexican food with attention to quality and rich flavors.
Papa, Carlos, has been cooking since 1990. It was the first time he was in charge of a kitchen. From there he started his adventure of experimenting and creating in the kitchen. His passion for cooking has spun some interesting dishes!
Mama, Jero, has been cooking since childhood. She helped her mother around the kitchen. She worked with different people as she grew and developed her own spin on foods. Don't ask her for a recipe because she never measures anything, she always eyeballs!
Together along with their children (Luis, Aremi, and Manuel) they started Linda Vista.
Luis (the oldest) has managed Linda Vista since the beginning. His knack for talking to people has made him a friend to many. All dishes are made from the heart and prepared with love and care. Come eat with us and you eat with family!
